As a revolutionary approach to introducing people to Holistic Health solutions, a visionary and refugee hypnotherapist came up with the idea of offering a FREE day for Trauma Healing. The idea was that holistic health practitioners of all disciplines would come together and give their time and talent to heal people who were dealing with trauma and PTSD. This included refugees, those afflicted by political unrest, mass shootings, wildfires, earthquakes, personal traumas, sexual assault, domestic violence, and any other affliction that was occurring for people and causing trauma.
Our Solution
We were honored to work on this project where we led the entire event staff to execute marketing practices that would best promote the day’s events. We delivered a full event management and execution plan which included the necessary actions to complete, people to hire, and outlets to engage on for maximum participation from the community. We actively secured sponsorships from local and corporate entities as well as partnerships from local non-profits that helped those in need and also suffering from trauma and PTSD including the U.S. Veterans Affairs, Domestic Violence Shelters, and Refugee Organizations.
The Result
The event was more successful than creators had envisioned. The A.R. Team received an award for its participation in creating an extremely successful event that was booked beyond capacity. Many clients received healing and learned new ways to approach and deal with their trauma while practitioners were able to connect with the community and gain new clientele. It was a huge win-win for the entire community.
